I found Judi’s workshop helpful in my life. The way she works with people reflects the depth of experience she has in her own relationship experience and with working with others. She is a kind and strong teacher. I felt supported and greatly encouraged by her in the workshop. Thank you Judi so much for sharing your work with me.

Judi is such a competent workshop leader! I very much enjoyed the meditation. Her story made me realize something about my son that I had never realized. Thank you Judi for that important breakthrough. Now I can’t wait to see him and thank him. Thank you Judi for that important breakthrough.

From the moment we decide to make positive self changes, wonderful experiences and new awakenings open up to us. It is entirely up to us as individuals to decide what it is that we truly want, in what capacity, and to act upon it with determined motivation.

I read Louise Hay’s book, You Can Heal Your Life and I participated in the ten week course. It was an incredible experience. Every week I found myself in an incredibly loving, supportive and safe space. I was encouraged to find my voice and invited and allowed to express myself in safety. I developed an understanding of myself and the patterns in my life, the people and situations around me. As my thinking changed I started to gain a personal inner strength; the depression began to lift and through loving and accepting myself I learned to face the abusive patterns in my life.
